Processing Time

Orders are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to pick, inspect, and carefully pack your order before it ships.

Shipping Time

We offer free standard shipping for both domestic and international orders. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–12 days (U.S. and international) from the shipment date.

Transit times may vary slightly for remote addresses or during peak holiday periods.

Tracking & Notifications

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery window. You can use this link for real-time updates. If the carrier shows a delay, please email us and we'll help investigate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Shipping is free, but international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are imposed by local authorities and are not controlled by or payable to Made By Autumn.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at autumnhandmakes@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to find a solution.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, email us immediately and we'll do our best to update the order before it ships. Once a package is in transit, we cannot change the address.

Exceptions & Delays

While we aim to meet the 7–12 day delivery window, occasional carrier delays, customs hold-ups, or unforeseen events may extend transit times. We'll notify you if we become aware of any significant delay.
